Kim Ficaro came to prop styling after graduating SVA with a BFA in sculpture. She began her career as a freelance stylist until joining Domino Magazine in 2006 as Style Editor. In her three years there, in addition to styling she produced stories ranging from interiors to lifestyle, entertaining, food and flowers. Since then she has continued to seek out inspiring projects and stories, styling for various editorials, publications, books, catalogs, and advertising, all the while maintaining an ease and thoughtfulness within her work. Some of her clients include, Bon Appetit, Town and Country, In Style, Harper's Bazaar, The Oprah Magazine, Glamour, Anthropologie and West Elm. In addition to styling, Kim also provides an interior consulting service and styling for private residences. She currently lives with her husband in Brooklyn and works out of her studio on Crosby Street in New York City.
